During the two days of the event, the Mint Service Desk team met and conducted many interesting conversations with people interested in ITSM services and had the opportunity to establish contacts with other exhibitors. The MintSD team had many interesting talks about the functionality and benefits of the ticket management system and presented the latest demo version for visitors. The stand was very popular, and the specialists from OPGK Software had the opportunity to conduct several dozen conversations throughout the event, which in the future will result in potential, long-term cooperation. After the first day, all exhibitors were invited to the after party, during which they had the opportunity to exchange their observations and relax after a day of intense work.
